Marketing Analyst (Medical Devices)

Location: Hybrid position based in Lake Zurich, Illinois, with onsite work required three days per week.

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage the commercial success of the U.S. ancillary product portfolio, including transfer packs, transfusion sets, freeze/wash solutions, and manual processing equipment.
• Develop product strategy, market positioning, pricing, forecasts, and go-to-market plans for launches and product line extensions.
• Champion products throughout feasibility, development, commercialization, and post-commercialization stages.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, customer needs, portfolio performance, and forecast variances.
• Support Sales with training, positioning, sales programs, reference accounts, and commercial tools.
• Coordinate with Sales, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other functions on portfolio and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a product portfolio with P&L oversight.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, presentation, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of lifecycle marketing, sales, contracting, commercial finance, business development, marketing communications, and project or portfolio management.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects, evaluate business situations, develop recommendations, and present options to management.
• Effective English communication skills are required for speaking, reading, writing, and understanding workplace materials and communications.
