Finance Business Partner

Location: Norderstedt, Germany; manufacturing controlling activities cover production sites in Norderstedt and Elmshorn.

What you will do

• Support site management with strategic, financial, and business-related matters.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain management, and cross-regional manufacturing teams.
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing costs and perform product cost calculations.
• Manage and develop manufacturing controlling for two production sites.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and support budget planning.
• Conduct business analyses, budget-to-actual comparisons, ad hoc analyses, and CapEx controlling at Chem-Trend Europe level.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, finance, controlling, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in controlling or financial management.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP FI/CO, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Analytical, structured, independent, solution-oriented working style with strong attention to quality.
