Information Governance Analyst

Location: UK, West London, Chiswick; hybrid work model combining office and remote work.

What you will do

• Develop, update, and maintain data maps covering systems and business processes involving personal data.
• Lead or support stakeholder discussions to collect, validate, and document data processing information.
• Collaborate with IT, Information Security, eCommerce, Analytics and Marketing, Legal, and People teams.
• Support privacy rights compliance, data verification, and other information governance projects.
• Identify and document retention requirements across systems and business processes.
• Improve governance processes, controls, documentation, and related administrative activities.

Requirements

• Experience in IT, compliance, data management, data privacy, IT support, or a related field.
• Understanding of privacy principles, regulations, and governance practices.
• Familiarity with privacy-by-design concepts in technology, systems, or cloud environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
• Very good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, Excel, and Visio.

Nice to have

• Experience with TrustArc or similar privacy management tools.
