Field Service Technician (Water Treatment)

Location: Makati, Philippines; primarily customer sites in the Northern Area and nearby locations as needed. Full-time field-based position.

What you will do

• Conduct water testing, analysis, and sample collection for laboratory evaluation.
• Monitor and maintain cooling water and boiler water treatment programs.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair chemical dosing and monitoring equipment.
• Perform cooling tower cleaning and disinfection and assist with system start-ups at customer sites.
• Handle, store, and transport treatment chemicals safely according to company procedures.
• Prepare service reports and communicate findings to customers and supervisors.

Requirements

• PRC Licensed Chemical Technician qualification is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
• One to two years of experience in water treatment, field service, or related technical work is advantageous.
• Knowledge of water analysis, cooling and boiler water treatment, and plant equipment.
• Good customer service, communication, and computer skills.
• Valid LTO Driver's License, Code B/NPL.
