Engineer I Technical Services

Location: Quezon City, Manila, Philippines; hybrid schedule with on-site work three times per week and on-site training during the first two months. Fixed night shift, including one weekend per week and holidays when scheduled.

What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat, triage concerns, and troubleshoot controllers and system applications.
• Document customer interactions in detailed support cases for tracking, review, and reporting.
• Program and optimize hirify.global Supervisory Controllers, including E2, E3, and Site Supervisor.
• Conduct remote commissioning by phone for start-up sites and verify system operation before contractor sign-off.
• Create troubleshooting and installation guides, graphical custom screens, and mapped graphical instruments.
• Support food service temperature-monitoring products, knowledge-base development, device simulators, and technical services laboratory maintenance.

Requirements

• At least one year of BPO experience.
• Preferred background as an electrical, mechanical, or electronics and communications engineering graduate.
• Availability for a fixed night shift, one weekend shift per week, and holidays when scheduled.
• Ability to work on-site three times per week and complete the first two months of on-site training from Monday to Friday.
