AWS Capability & Enablement Engineer (AWS)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain reusable AWS frameworks, accelerators, automation, and engineering assets.
• Transform solution architectures into scalable and repeatable implementation patterns.
• Build landing zones, Infrastructure as Code modules, CI/CD frameworks, migration tooling, and security automation.
• Develop and validate cloud solutions through proofs of concept, prototypes, and technical assessments.
• Support complex customer engagements and collaborate with architects and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Establish engineering standards, create documentation and runbooks, and enable delivery teams through mentoring and technical guidance.

Requirements

• Strong practical knowledge of AWS services and cloud-native engineering practices.
• Experience with AI-assisted software engineering tools and agentic development approaches.
• Hands-on Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, software delivery automation, source control, AWS networking, IAM, security, observability, governance, and operational best practices.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, containers, serverless services, and modern application architectures.
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
