Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; 70% in-office work model

What you will do

• Build and maintain developer tooling, including AI agents, generators, libraries, templates, CLIs, and services.
• Design, build, and improve CI/CD pipelines for secure and reliable software delivery at scale.
• Develop and operate AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Implement shared builder services that improve platform and DevOps experiences across engineering teams.
• Enable AI-assisted development by integrating advanced tooling and embedding AI into developer workflows.
• Partner with application engineers to solve productivity, deployment, reliability, observability, and operational-readiness challenges.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or a related role.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.
• Hands-on experience building and operating AWS solutions and production CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code, testing, code review, version control, and system design.
• Proficiency in English is required for global collaboration, and the role follows a 70/30 in-office model in Warsaw.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools and GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Familiarity with containers in cloud environments.
• Experience building internal services, tooling, or frameworks.
• Experience partnering with multiple engineering teams and driving technical adoption.
