What you will do

• Diagnose client markets, search demand, answer-engine visibility, technical constraints, content systems, and conversion paths.
• Define organic strategy, KPIs, measurement plans, baselines, and prioritized roadmaps.
• Build and operate AI agents and workflows for research, content briefs, internal linking, technical checks, refreshes, reporting, and opportunity discovery.
• Work directly with client leaders and operators to unblock implementation.
• Coordinate writers, developers, analysts, and strategists using clear acceptance criteria.
• Measure visibility, citations, qualified traffic, conversions, pipeline, and revenue, and document systems for audit and improvement.

Requirements

• At least six years of relevant SEO or organic-growth experience.
• Recent examples demonstrating client-facing ownership and execution in SEO, AEO, or GEO.
• Personal experience shipping and maintaining an AI agent or workflow.
• A quantified business result with a credible attribution explanation.
• Strong technical SEO, analytics, client communication, prioritization, and hands-on systems ownership.
