Associate Pricing Consultant

What you will do

• Collaborate with Pricing Leads to define, implement, and improve pricing strategies for B2B services.
• Design and lead price testing projects, including conjoint analysis, A/B testing, pilots, and elasticity studies.
• Develop offer structures, pricing models, and commercial frameworks for different customer segments.
• Promote value-based pricing and advise commercial teams using data and business context.
• Analyse pricing performance with internal and external data to generate actionable insights.
• Support pricing governance standards, tools, best practices, and the Centre of Excellence knowledge base.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management, ideally in services.
• Expertise in value-based pricing, customer lifetime value, willingness to pay, and segmentation strategies.
• Practical experience designing and running B2B price tests, experiments, and pilots.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to quantify value propositions and translate them into pricing decisions.
• Ability to engage, influence, and educate stakeholders who may be resistant to pricing change.
• Experience with a Centre of Excellence or centralised strategy function is advantageous.
