CNO Analyst/Programmer 3

Location: On-site in Hanover, Maryland, United States

Salary: $91.01–$123.24 per hour, plus eligibility for a $5,000 bonus including a 20% SEP IRA contribution.

What you will do

• Design and develop custom CNO tools and solutions.
• Build end-to-end data flows and tasking for CNO tools.
• Develop applications for Windows, UNIX, embedded, and mobile platforms.
• Lead and direct the development of new CNO solutions for customer requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation and presentations.
• Participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews following government procedures.

Requirements

• United States citizenship and an appropriate security clearance are required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with an agency-appropriate polygraph is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, network engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8 years of experience with a doctorate, 10 years with a master’s degree, 12 years with a bachelor’s degree, or 16 years with a high school degree.
• Experience developing software in Visual Studio or .NET, UNIX build environments, or embedded and mobile build environments.
