.NET / C# Developer – Senior (.NET/C#)

Location: Fort Belvoir, Virginia, United States; onsite government-facility work and active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraph required

What you will do

• Develop, test, and deploy Microsoft-oriented enterprise web applications using .NET, C#, MVC, and IIS for Windows Server.
• Build and maintain software across development, staging, integration, and production environments using approved government tools and processes.
• Use Azure DevOps for code changes, version control, bug tracking, status reporting, and collaboration with QA and project stakeholders.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily Scrum meetings, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile delivery activities.
• Create test plans, documentation, wireframes, mockups, use case diagrams, flowcharts, SOPs, and accreditation materials.
• Implement mandatory DNI Audit.XML fields according to ICS-500-27 and support defect resolution, deployment approvals, and project reporting.

Requirements

• Eight years of .NET development experience, including MS.NET, C#, MVC 4+, and IIS-based Windows Server web development.
• Five years of experience with SDLC processes, software testing, SQL stored procedure development, mentoring junior personnel, and documenting software defects.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraph, plus the ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret clearances.
• DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II / Intermediate certification.
• Experience reporting defects to developers and project managers and collaborating with QA teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile, SCRUM, and Lean software development methodologies.
• Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 or later and Azure DevOps.
