Senior Applications Developer (.NET)

Location: Strongsville, Ohio, USA; full-time onsite position

What you will do

• Develop new software services and features using C#, .NET, Web API, SQL Server, WinForms, WPF, and Azure.
• Perform architecture and design activities and take responsibility for the ongoing software architecture.
• Implement programming patterns, establish development standards, and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate in Agile Scrum activities, including story grooming, sprint planning, project planning, and estimation.
• Lead design sessions, participate in pair programming, and support, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
• Supervise and mentor developers while collaborating with internal teams, leadership, and external clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of development experience architecting and implementing software solutions.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core Web API, LINQ, REST, Visual Studio, Git, dependency injection, and unit testing.
• Strong Windows development experience with WPF, WinForms, and MVVM.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, database troubleshooting, and query plan optimization.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, distributed version control, API lifecycle management, microservices, and Agile Scrum.
