Off-Price Back Office (Internship)

Location: Barcelona, Spain — hybrid work model with office attendance in Gràcia

hirify.global is a Barcelona-based sustainable fashion startup using an on-demand production system to reduce overproduction.

What you will do

• Create and maintain product catalogs for off-price partners on platforms such as JOOR.
• Coordinate product details and images for outlet campaigns.
• Prepare Excel reports tracking sell-through, stock liquidation, and campaign performance.
• Support data analysis for pricing and partner allocation decisions.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Finance, and Operations on administrative needs.
• Assist with campaign launches, partner follow-up, daily back-office operations, and marketing materials.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.
• Currently studying for a university degree in Business, Fashion Management, or a related field.
• Availability for an internship agreement (convenio) is required.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in the fashion industry.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with JOOR, wholesale platforms, or CRM systems.
