Database Operator (Danish Speaker) Remote - Temporary

What you will do

• Maintain and update product reference databases for the Danish market.
• Classify, standardize, validate, cleanse, and organize product and customer data.
• Analyze and manipulate large datasets using advanced Excel functions.
• Identify discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and resolve routine data issues.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders and international teams to validate and enrich database content.
• Generate reports, support ad hoc analyses, document processes, and contribute to data-quality improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent Danish and a good level of English, written and spoken.
• Experience in data entry, database management, reporting, administration, or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation, conditional formatting, and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective organization across multiple priorities.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to work with international stakeholders.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Nice to have

• Icelandic language skills.
• Experience in a multinational environment.
• Degree in Business, Administration, Data Management, Economics, or a related field.
