Focus on sourcing across multiple channels, supporting 15+ requisitions simultaneously, and delivering market intelligence to guide recruiting decisions.
Location: Los Angeles, United States; fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week
Salary: $30–$50 per hour

What you will do
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies for engineering and technical roles.
- Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, internal databases, niche platforms, academic conferences, and job boards.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
- Conduct outreach and pre-screening conversations to assess candidate fit, technical skills, and interest.
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking in the ATS and other sourcing tools.
- Provide talent maps, competitor analysis, and other market intelligence to inform recruiting strategies.
Requirements
- 1+ years of sourcing experience in a high-volume recruiting environment.
- Ability to support 15+ requisitions simultaneously while partnering with regional stakeholders.
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and professional sourcing platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
