Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

hirify.global provides cybersecurity and IT solutions and operates a People Operations function supporting hiring across North America.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and functions in the USA and Canada regions.
• Source candidates and maintain passive candidate relationships using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean searches, and social media.
• Conduct initial candidate screens, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate flow through the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to define openings, build interview teams, and advise on recruiting requirements and decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in BambooHR and improve recruitment reporting and talent-pipeline data.
• Support new-hire orientations, employee check-ins, DEI initiatives, process improvements, and general Human Resources activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of in-house or agency recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of departments, including Engineering, IT, Legal, Marketing, Technical Support, Product or Program Management, Accounting and Finance, and Warehouse.
• Strong research, sourcing, organizational, multitasking, time-management, and decision-management skills.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to drive processes and provide responsive follow-up.
• Ability to work on-site in Miami, Florida.
