LP Supervisor

Location: US - IN Mooresville Distribution Center; onsite role with potential travel to other facilities and availability for early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and off-hour emergencies

Salary: $27.74–$32.26 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise and develop loss prevention and security personnel, including Deckers associates and temporary staff.
• Conduct patrols, inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and checks of doors, docks, gates, alarms, CCTV, and access-control systems.
• Investigate theft, injuries, near-misses, workplace incidents, policy violations, and property damage; document findings and corrective actions.
• Implement and enforce loss prevention, safety, emergency response, and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate training, drills, onboarding, coaching, and performance accountability with Operations and leadership.
• Serve as a liaison with OSHA, EPA, local fire or health departments, law enforcement, and emergency responders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in security, loss prevention, safety, risk management, or a related field.
• 1+ year of leadership experience focused on team coordination and operational efficiency.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, and with warehouse or distribution center operations.
• Knowledge of safety practices, physical security systems, investigative techniques, and distribution-center safety strategies.
• Professional safety credentials and the ability to support changing schedules, off-site work, travel, and off-hour emergency response are required.
