Customer Relations Specialist

Location: Hybrid role based at 7457 E Hampton Ave, Mesa, Arizona, with work-from-home availability from an approved location after training; onsite work may be required.

What you will do

• Own individual customer inquiries and complaints from pre-sale and post-sale situations through resolution.
• Communicate with customers by phone, text, and social media, providing proactive follow-up and setting clear expectations.
• Coordinate with business teams to research customer concerns and accurately document cases.
• Resolve customer conflicts autonomously while maintaining empathy, composure, and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications within service-level agreements and meet or exceed performance goals.
• Help develop training, assist with legal settlements, identify customer trends, and suggest business process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Positive emotional resilience, strategic thinking, initiative, and a goal-oriented approach.
• Ability to remain levelheaded and composed when handling difficult customer situations.
• Comfort working onsite as needed and weekday availability from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. are required.
