Registered Nurse - MGH for Children Specialties - Part Time - Foundation Medical Partners

Location: Nashua, New Hampshire, United States. Onsite ambulatory practice; work shift is Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient nursing care using assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Support patients through in-person visits, telephone triage, and telehealth services.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, physician assistants, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams on patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about medications, disease management, wellness, nutrition, and preventive care.
• Assist with examinations, treatments, procedures, medication administration, vaccinations, specimen collection, and pre-visit planning.
• Document clinical activities in the electronic medical record and support care-gap identification, chronic disease management, mentoring, safety, and infection prevention.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program required; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license in NH, an NLC state, MA, or both is required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred; ambulatory or outpatient experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and standard computer applications.
