Director, Resilience Lifecycle & Supply Chain Operations (Biotech)

Location: Norwood, Massachusetts, United States; 70% in-office work model. Periodic travel to commercial offices, manufacturing and resilience sites, and external partners in the UK, Canada, and Australia. Only U.S. persons are eligible due to U.S. export-control requirements.

Salary: $167,000–$300,700 per year, plus potential annual bonus, incentive compensation, or equity award.

What you will do

• Lead the integrated product lifecycle and launch agenda across the UK, Canada, and Australia, including new products, indications, regulatory changes, transfers, and discontinuations.
• Translate global portfolio and supply strategies into market requirements, milestones, dependencies, decisions, and accountable owners.
• Establish governance, stage gates, readiness criteria, KPIs, operating reviews, and escalation mechanisms across lifecycle and launch activities.
• Oversee demand, supply, inventory, logistics, distribution, customer service, Order to Cash, and S&OP/S&OE execution across the three markets.
• Lead resolution of shortages, constrained supply, quality or regulatory delays, logistics disruptions, and inventory risks.
• Oversee business continuity, crisis preparedness, stockpile readiness, recovery planning, 3PL, distributor, and cold-chain performance while developing a common operating playbook.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in product lifecycle management, launch planning, and supply chain operations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional work across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, and CMC functions.
• Ability to lead scenario planning and trade-off decisions involving service, inventory, cost, capacity, shelf life, regulatory timing, and supply risk.
• Experience with long-range planning, IBP, S&OP/S&OE, governance routines, performance management, and escalation processes.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, GxP, data integrity, quality systems, and training requirements.
• Must qualify as a U.S. person and be able to access export-controlled information under U.S. law; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Experience with analytics, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and data-quality improvement.
• Experience managing 3PL, distributor, and cold-chain operations.
