Location: Hybrid roles based in Morrisville, North Carolina; San Jose, California; or Vienna, Virginia, United States

Salary: $170,000–$205,000 annual on-target earnings (OTE)

What you will do

• Define and execute the roadmap for Workforce Intelligence and AI-powered People Analytics products.
• Lead development of conversational analytics, AI Skills, AI Agents, and self-service workforce insights.
• Design scalable, user-centered experiences that help HR leaders and employees make informed workforce decisions.
• Establish governance frameworks, access models, role-based controls, and responsible AI practices for workforce data.
• Guide AI-ready workforce data products and analytics architecture on Snowflake, including semantic layers, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while building capabilities in AI, analytics engineering, product management, and responsible AI.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team and building scalable People Analytics, AI, or digital products.
• Strong knowledge of People Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Product Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar cloud data platforms, as well as SQL, Power BI, data modeling, and modern analytics architectures.
• Understanding of Large Language Models, AI Agents, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and conversational AI.
• Experience collaborating with HR, IT, Security, Privacy, and Legal stakeholders.
• Strong communication, change management, and stakeholder influence skills.
