Location: United States; program locations include Raritan, New Jersey; Cincinnati, Ohio; Santa Clara and Irvine, California; Danvers, Massachusetts; and Jacksonville, Florida. Willingness and ability to relocate to an assigned program location is required.
Salary: $49,350–$80,902.50 annual base pay. MBA interns with experience may receive $52/hour, or $59.50/hour in the Bay Area.

What you will do
- Complete a 10–12 week MBA internship focused on MedTech marketing and leadership development.
- Lead or support global and North American product launches, including marketing materials, promotional plans, training plans, pricing strategies, and forecasts.
- Contribute to brand strategy through value propositions, segmentation, positioning, and lifecycle management.
- Partner with R&D on new product development from conception through launch.
- Gather customer and market insights through customer interactions, sales collaboration, industry meetings, and medical research.
- Drive innovation and alignment across sales, supply, R&D, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited MBA program with expected graduation by July 2028.
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience after completing an undergraduate degree.
- Experience in healthcare, medical device technology, marketing, product management, market research, sales, business development, consulting, strategy, or another commercial function is preferred.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States without requiring current or future employment visa sponsorship.
- Ability to rapidly learn and adopt new AI tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking, communication, presentation, leadership, collaboration, and complex project management skills.
Nice to have
- Healthcare and/or medical device technology experience.
- Marketing, product management, market research, sales, business development, consulting, or strategy experience.
