MBA Intern – Commercial Leadership Program (Summer 2027) (Biotech)

Location: United States — Remote. Students must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship and authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary: $41.83 per hour.

What you will do

• Own a meaningful commercial project tied to a business priority in marketing, value and access, sales, patient access and reimbursement, or a related function.
• Partner with brand teams and cross-functional stakeholders to build project expertise.
• Analyze business challenges, develop insights, and deliver recommendations to internal partners and leaders.
• Learn how commercial decisions are made across customers, markets, products, and patient needs.
• Build relationships with Global Markets & Policy leaders through networking, mentoring, and program experiences.
• Present final recommendations and reflect on learning, growth, and potential fit for the full-time Commercial Leadership Program.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Be currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program at an accredited college or university and complete the first year before the internship starts.
• Remain enrolled after the internship and be located in the United States throughout the program.
• Be available to work a full-time schedule and commit to future full-time employment by July 2028 if offered.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship for future full-time roles is not guaranteed.

Nice to have

• At least three years of work experience, preferably in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, sales, marketing, consulting, or international environments.
• Leadership experience and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving, analytical, quantitative, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively amid ambiguity.
