MBA Intern Commercial Leadership Program (Summer 2027)

Location: Washington, D.C.; students must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship. The company-wide virtual-first model offers fully remote or partially onsite work.

Base pay: $41.83 per hour.

What you will do

• Own a commercial project connected to a real business priority in marketing, value and access, sales, patient access and reimbursement, or a related function.
• Partner with brand teams and cross-functional stakeholders to develop deep project expertise.
• Analyze business challenges, generate insights, and deliver recommendations to internal partners and leaders.
• Build commercial understanding across customers, markets, products, and patient needs.
• Engage with leaders through networking, mentoring, development sessions, and program activities.
• Present final recommendations and reflect on learning, growth, and potential fit for the full-time Commercial Leadership Program.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S. for the duration of the program.
• Be at least 18 years old and hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Be enrolled in a full-time MBA program at an accredited college or university and complete the first year before the internship starts.
• Remain enrolled in an accredited college or university after the internship and be available for a full-time schedule.
• Be available to accept and commit to future full-time employment by July 2028 if offered.
• Submit a thoughtful cover letter explaining interest in the program and alignment with hirify.global's mission and commercial leadership goals.

Nice to have

• At least three years of work experience.
• Biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, sales, marketing, consulting, or international work experience.
• Leadership experience and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving, analytical, quantitative, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally, manage competing priorities, handle ambiguity, and respond to coaching and feedback.
