Data Analyst (with lab/oil interpretation experience)

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines; hybrid arrangement with onsite work required for 2 to 6 months depending on the affiliate country

What you will do

• Register client jobs and samples using assigned work and test codes.
• Enter, clean, retrieve, and format client and sample data in databases.
• Generate invoices, reconcile payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Prepare and manage laboratory and other reports in LIMS or database systems.
• Prepare quotations, maintain CRM records, and conduct client research.
• Verify data quality, respond to technical queries, meet laboratory deadlines, and support operational improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience with laboratory data and oil interpretation activities.
• Ability to work with LIMS, databases, and CRM systems.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare clear reports.
• Ability to meet turnaround deadlines and communicate issues promptly.
• Willingness to work onsite for 2 to 6 months as required by the affiliate country.
• Familiarity with quality assurance, QHSE, HR, and integrity procedures.
