Marketing Data Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Research advertising platforms, set up property adverts, manage advert phasing, and monitor listing performance.
• Build performance reports covering ROI, KPIs, advertising data quality, enquiries, viewings, reservations, and social media activity.
• Analyse competitor listings, pricing, lease-up velocity, and historical performance to recommend marketing and listing strategies.
• Manage tenant communications during the lettings season and coordinate issue resolution with Customer Services.
• Support brand communications, leafleting campaigns, enquiry-generating events, social media strategy, and targeted advertising.
• Track marketing budget spending and help set up the local office for the peak lettings campaign.

Requirements

• Experience building data dashboards and reports with analytics tools.
• Experience analysing large datasets, extracting insights, and managing data quality across multiple platforms.
• Experience using AI to optimize analytics and efficiency.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Ability to present written and verbal data insights to non-technical colleagues and senior management.
• Practical, flexible, hands-on approach with strong prioritization, communication, attention to detail, and inquisitiveness.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with student property portals such as Rightmove, SpareRoom, Student.com, and UniHomes.
• Knowledge of social scheduling tools and basic design skills using tools such as Canva.
• Experience managing Google adverts and website traffic tracking.
