Data Researcher

Location: Remote from the Philippines or South Africa; full-time UK business hours.

Salary: Around £500 GBP per month, with the final amount determined by the client based on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Identify target firms in the US legal and public accounting sectors using LinkedIn and Google search techniques.
• Add newly discovered companies to the internal CRM according to standardized formatting rules.
• Research client contacts and prospective candidates, building complete profiles with names, verified emails, locations, job titles, and industry segments.
• Use B2B intelligence platforms and research software such as ZoomInfo to enrich and verify records.
• Support lead-generation campaigns by syncing research across CRM and email platforms.
• Meet daily and weekly activity targets for database expansion.

Requirements

• Experience in data research, web research, market intelligence, or administrative support.
• Familiarity with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email finder applications, or similar B2B research tools.
• Strong written communication skills and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to understand complex data requirements and apply logical research criteria.
• Strong organization and time management, with experience meeting consistent activity and volume targets.
• Experience with recruitment software, sales CRMs, or database management systems; exposure to US public accounting or legal markets is useful.
