Data Integrity Specialist (Pharmaceutical Data)

What you will do

• Research, analyze, and resolve client data inquiries through email and the customer portal.
• Investigate data trends, applications, systems, methodologies, and pharmaceutical market processes.
• Meet Service Level Agreement timelines and follow standard escalation procedures.
• Proactively analyze client markets and promoted products to identify anomalies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Perform quality checks on supplier management reports and provide sign-off.
• Collaborate with internal departments, communicate issue causes and resolutions, and identify process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or College Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or an equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to process large datasets and identify patterns and trends.
• Ability to understand complex concepts and processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work with internal and external clients.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical market dynamics and syndicated sales or prescription data is a plus.
