Analyst, Batch Processing

Location: Makati City, Philippines; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Process batch portfolio reviews and proof-of-concept reviews according to agreed service levels.
• Review and clean customer input data files before processing to maintain data quality.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and communicate batch results to customers and other stakeholders.
• Provide back-end support for internal and external requests related to hirify.global systems, products, and services.
• Assist with monthly reconciliation of client billing against system reports.
• Support project milestones and perform UAT on bureau systems before production rollout.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in back-end support, data cleansing, and data processing.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to data quality.
• Fluent stakeholder communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to write business-style email responses.
• Ability to perform operational work and interact effectively with hirify.global Philippines members.
