Salary: $89,529.60–$155,674.60 per year

What you will do

• Monitor active systems and infrastructure and support the installation, configuration, integration, testing, and maintenance of operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Support hardware engineering for computer systems, servers, peripherals, circuit boards, and related electrical systems.
• Support software engineering, integration, testing, evaluation, and technical documentation.
• Create, manage, integrate, maintain, and upgrade IT networks.
• Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and QoS services.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot complex system issues, and support automation and AI-related tools, systems, and processes.

Requirements

• Active and maintainable TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of experience, master’s degree with 3–5 years, or PhD with 0–2 years.
• Experience with system monitoring, installation, configuration, integration, testing, and maintenance.
• Experience with network engineering, system upgrades, patching, hotfixes, and security configuration.
• Experience monitoring system and network performance to ensure availability and reliability.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across multiple domains.

Nice to have

• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• CompTIA Network+ or Cisco Certified Network Associate certification.
• CompTIA A+ certification.
