What you will do
- Support ongoing Corporate Business Technology projects through research, documentation, testing, and solution development.
- Help design and enhance digital tools, dashboards, and platforms used across the APAC region.
- Explore process improvement and automation opportunities using available technologies, including responsible AI tools.
- Collaborate with technology, product, business, and cross-functional teams to collect requirements, map workflows, and support implementation.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and project progress materials.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions while working in line with the J&J Credo.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology, product development, business transformation, or innovation.
- Basic familiarity with AI concepts and comfort experimenting with generative AI tools.
- Ability to create and refine simple prompts and awareness of ethical, responsible AI use with sensitive information.
- Creative, adaptable, collaborative, accountable, and able to communicate clearly and respectfully.
Nice to have
- Experience with design thinking, prototyping, or user-centered design.
- Basic data analysis or visualization skills using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Exposure to digital productivity tools or platforms.
- Interest in innovation, automation, or emerging technologies.
