TL;DR

Senior AI Engineer (LLMs/Agentic Systems): Designing and deploying AI agents, enterprise integrations, and scalable agentic workflows with an accent on prompt engineering, AI architecture, and output quality. Focus on implementing MCP servers, testing AI-generated code and documentation, measuring business impact, and mentoring engineers on LLM and AI practices.

What you will do

Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of AI agents for critical business domains.
Develop prompts, system designs, AI skills, and plugins while establishing prompt engineering best practices.
Architect integrations between AI systems and internal platforms, including Model Context Protocol servers and enterprise data integration patterns.
Design testing and validation strategies for AI-generated code and documentation, and analyze model outputs to improve quality.
Define KPIs and ROI metrics, report business impact, and identify automation opportunities with software teams.
Lead proofs of concept, document AI workflows, gather requirements, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

3–7 years of professional experience in software development and/or AI/ML engineering.
Strong software development foundation in Python, JavaScript, and .NET, with knowledge of code quality, testing, and architectural patterns.
Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring engineers.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent expertise.
Strong communication skills for explaining AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Sound judgment regarding AI ethics, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.

Nice to have

2+ years of hands-on experience with large language models and prompt engineering.
Experience designing and deploying agentic systems, workflow automation, REST or GraphQL integrations, and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, automated testing, software quality metrics, and code review standards.
Production experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
Experience with Qdrant, Databricks, or enterprise data engineering and analytics platforms.
