Sr. ITQA Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Lead quality assurance efforts across technology initiatives and establish consistent testing standards and best practices.
• Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and validation approaches.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate AI-enabled solutions, assess operational readiness, and support successful adoption and deployment.
• Identify, prioritize, track, and resolve defects with development and delivery teams.
• Evaluate requirements, user workflows, and end-to-end processes before release.

Requirements

• Approximately 5–7 years of experience in quality assurance, technical business analysis, or related technology roles.
• Experience translating business and functional requirements into test scenarios, validation strategies, and QA plans.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect management, release validation, and end-to-end business process testing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple projects and changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI-enabled solutions, testing system integrations, working with Zendesk platforms, or contributing to technology transformation initiatives.
