Project Manager - Professional Services (AI)

What you will do

• Lead client engagements from planning and kickoff through execution, go-live, and completion.
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and contracted deliverables.
• Manage concurrent enterprise and mid-market onboardings and implementations across different stages, sizes, and complexity levels.
• Act as the primary client contact, manage expectations, and communicate project updates and metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee AI and digital implementations, system integrations, technical issue resolution, and independent product demonstrations.
• Improve project management and implementation practices to increase delivery efficiency and client experience.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree from an accredited university.
• 7+ years of client-facing project management experience in a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience leading enterprise and mid-market client engagements, including AI and digital projects with heavy system integration, while managing concurrent implementations without reducing delivery quality or client confidence.
• Experience presenting to and communicating effectively with C-suite, VP, Director, and other senior internal and client stakeholders.
• Experience delivering B2B SaaS implementations with real integrations such as HRIS, ITSM, identity providers, or ticketing systems.
• Ability to navigate product configuration and backend layers, including admin settings, workflow logic, integration setup, and logs, to diagnose issues before escalation.
• Working understanding of APIs, REST endpoints, JSON payloads, webhooks, and authentication methods including SSO, SAML, and OAuth; coding is not required.
• Ability to independently demonstrate high-level product features end-to-end to clients.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to negotiate and persuade without formal authority.

• Experience with AI or ML products or technologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Rocketlane.
• Product-focused approach and willingness to investigate product details independently.
