Senior Digital Project Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Oversee technical enhancements, website support, and maintenance across client retainer portfolios.
• Partner with development teams to manage workloads and ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Refine backlogs and plan capacity using Kanban boards and Agile principles to optimise workflow and velocity.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to remove bottlenecks, improve delivery, and resolve technical challenges.
• Act as the primary day-to-day client contact, managing expectations and communicating risks and progress.
• Improve support and maintenance operations, identify account opportunities, and deliver new projects.

Requirements

• Experience delivering digital products in technical, continuous delivery environments.
• Strong Agile capability and experience working closely with engineers.
• Understanding of modern headless, composable, and cloud-based architectures.
• Confident stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies.
