What you will do

• Guide and direct workers in daily manufacturing operations.
• Lead the team in meeting safety, productivity, yield, and shift-efficiency objectives.
• Organize, plan, and monitor team activities to achieve production goals.
• Monitor and control equipment to meet required specifications and output.
• Enter production data into ERP and manufacturing systems and prepare shift-performance reports.
• Assist with recruiting, training, evaluating, and developing team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Experience entering information into production databases and ERP systems.
• Ability to read a ruler, understand fractions, and perform basic math.
• Forklift experience required.

Nice to have

• Technical degree or relevant certification.
