Group Leader, Manufacturing (3rd Shift)

Location: Warrendale, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, 3rd shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Eastern Time.

Salary: $21.00–$23.00 per hour, dependent on education and experience.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily department operations, including schedule changes, resource allocation, quality issues, and break schedules.
• Review device history records and production documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to minimize defects and errors.
• Support cGMP, safety, and departmental policy compliance, escalating issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Train employees on procedures, equipment setup and operation, troubleshooting, and skill advancement plans.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, Facilities, and production departments to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Effective English communication is required for reading policies, procedures, training materials, and workplace communications.
• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, communication, training, and professionalism skills.
• Basic mechanical aptitude, sound judgment, adaptability, organization, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Ability to support safety, cGMP, quality, and department procedures in a regulated manufacturing environment.
