Associate, Apparel Merchandising - Global HOKA (Athletic)

Location: Portland, Oregon, United States; hybrid with office attendance typically three times per week, Tuesday–Thursday

Salary: $66,000–$89,100 per year

What you will do

• Execute milestones and deliverables across the global merchandising calendar.
• Support line planning, seasonal assortment creation, pricing strategies, and go-to-market activities for DTC and Wholesale channels.
• Create, update, organize, and maintain merchandising tools across multiple seasons.
• Use consumer, marketplace, competitive, sales, and inventory insights to support merchandising and in-season decisions.
• Partner with Product, Demand Creation, Brand Planning, Operations, regional partners, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage multiple seasons and projects while maintaining clear communication and on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3+ years of merchandising experience supporting both DTC and Wholesale channels.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and marketplace performance data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and merchandising or planning tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships and working in a matrixed organization.
