Salary: $114,510–$191,530 per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the digital commerce roadmap for wholesale .com platforms.
• Identify and execute e-commerce initiatives that deliver profitable sales growth.
• Plan and optimize customer performance marketing to improve acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
• Advance SEO capabilities and optimize organic search performance.
• Manage point-of-purchase content, merchandising, product detail pages, and digital experiences to improve conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with photo studio, account marketing, and cross-functional leaders to deliver digital assets and seamless account-level execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, applicable experience, or relevant certification.
• Typically 8+ years of professional experience with strong knowledge of relevant tools, systems, and processes.
• Experience managing individual contributors and a department, or acting as a lead.
• Experience managing more than two full-time direct reports.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into functional and team goals while working independently and managing multiple priorities.
