Security Analyst (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead and support FedRAMP Moderate/High and Intelligence Community ATO authorization processes.
• Develop and maintain System Security Plans, Security Assessment Reports, POA&Ms, evidence artifacts, and continuous monitoring deliverables.
• Perform risk assessments, control assessments, gap analyses, vulnerability and configuration compliance reviews.
• Manage RMF lifecycle activities, POA&M remediation, control inheritance, shared responsibility models, and audit coordination.
• Monitor security events, support incident response and forensic analysis, and coordinate threat mitigation with SOC teams and stakeholders.
• Provide security guidance for cloud environments, system design, change management, governance, and compliance automation.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field with 5+ years of cybersecurity experience in federal or Intelligence Community environments, or a master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of NIST SP 800-37 RMF, NIST SP 800-53 controls, FedRAMP requirements, and ICD 503.
• At least one certification: CISM, CISA, CompTIA Security+, CAP, or CCSP.
• Experience with ServiceNow GRC, Splunk, Azure Sentinel, Nessus, ACAS, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, GCP, SCAP, and STIG Viewer.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-native security tools and DevSecOps pipelines in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and experience with cross-domain solutions.
• Additional experience with ICD 503.
