Associate, Outlet Buyer EMEA (Fashion Retail)

What you will do

• Build EMEA outlet assortments during market and develop buying strategies at classification level.
• Monitor SKU productivity, product performance, store presentations, and customer insights through regular store visits.
• Maintain buy plans, warehouse dates, receipt plans, margin targets, and product flow.
• Execute in-season strategies, markdown management, pricing updates, and store communications.
• Partner with Planning and Allocation on assortment planning, open-to-buy forecasting, inventory allocation, and inventory performance.
• Prepare business reports, analyze historical category and item performance, and recommend actions to drive sales.

Requirements

• Proven buying or merchandising experience in a luxury or premium fashion environment.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with an outlet background.
• Strong numerical, analytical, presentation, communication, and retail-math skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including handling and manipulating large datasets.
• Experience working with multiple currencies and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP and MicroStrategy.
• Experience supporting process and procedural improvements.
