Fabric & Trim Manager - Women's Wear

What you will do

• Lead the development and sourcing of fabrics and trims for Women's Wear collections from concept through production.
• Translate creative concepts into material and trim solutions in partnership with Design.
• Manage assigned fabric and trim categories, budgets, timelines, and sustainability targets with Raw Material Buying.
• Maintain PLM records, material cards, development tools, and colour, material, and development archives.
• Work with Quality to ensure durability, safety, and chemical compliance.
• Build supplier relationships, identify sourcing opportunities, and manage supplier communication and visits.

Requirements

• Solid experience in fabric and trim development, preferably in luxury or premium fashion.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong costing, budgeting, negotiation, communication, and organisation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with Design, Buying, Production, Quality, and external suppliers.

Nice to have

• Italian language skills.
• Experience working with PLM systems.
