What you will do
- Maintain the quality, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of master data in company systems.
- Review master data requests, apply corporate rules, and identify, reject, escalate, or remediate errors in global data fields.
- Maintain effective internal controls for master data records and perform regular data reviews and clean-up.
- Coordinate with account management, commercial, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent data quality.
- Create and update process documentation and training materials for Master Data Management.
- Support process improvement initiatives and perform user acceptance testing for defect fixes and system enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Master Data Management.
- Experience with financial systems and a good understanding of data structures and architecture.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite.
