2027 Summer Internship – Data Analytics/Science/Applied Math (Santa Ana/Westminster/Irvine/Fullerton)

Location: Hybrid position based at an SCE facility in Westminster, California; employees are generally required to reside in California. Remote work is available on the remaining days after required facility attendance.

Salary: $23.50–$34.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Work on real-world challenges in the utility and energy sector.
• Collaborate with mentors and cross-functional teams on assigned projects.
• Apply data analytics, data science, applied mathematics, and field-relevant software tools.
• Present the assigned internship project at the annual Intern Expo.
• Communicate effectively and help protect sensitive customer, medical, proprietary, financial, and cybersecurity information.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Applied Math.
• Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Academic transcripts will be verified during onboarding.
