What you will do

• Build and maintain scientific relationships with experts and conduct scientific exchange aligned with brand strategy.
• Generate field insights and translate them into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Lead medical projects, evidence-generation initiatives, scientific programs, events, and publications.
• Identify and support investigator-sponsored studies and company-sponsored clinical trials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with medical and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach fellow MSLs to strengthen team capability and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in life science or a relevant field, or equivalent education.
• Relevant experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, or related pharmaceutical functions.
• Strong communication skills with scientific experts and internal stakeholders.
• Fluent Japanese and English.
• Strong scientific expertise in the relevant therapeutic area and the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• PhD, MD, or PharmD.
• Demonstrated mentoring, coaching, and leadership experience.
