Head of S&OP and Logistics EAST

Location: Amsterdam; willingness to travel across the East region is required.

hirify.global is a large food manufacturing company with a regional East supply chain organization spanning five markets.

What you will do

• Define and lead the East regional S&OP and logistics strategy in line with business goals.
• Drive logistics savings, cash management, service improvement, operational excellence, and LOG.OS maturity.
• Strengthen IBP and ITP governance, planning quality, risk management, scenario planning, and cross-functional decision-making.
• Build strategic customer collaboration and align supply chain capabilities with route-to-market priorities.
• Lead adoption and value realization of digital supply chain solutions, including o9, OMP, B2B, OTM, and WMS.
• Develop the regional operating model, organization design, talent pipeline, succession planning, and leadership capability.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of relevant supply chain leadership experience covering S&OP, logistics, planning, and customer service.
• Experience leading complex, multi-market supply chain organizations and regional transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in planning, logistics, customer service, and IBP/S&OP governance.
• Experience translating digital supply chain platforms such as o9, OMP, B2B, OTM, and WMS into measurable business value.
• Strong commercial judgment, analytical and decision-making skills, stakeholder influence, and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
