Order Fulfillment Coordinator (SAP)

What you will do

• Manage customer orders in SAP from order entry and validation through delivery.
• Act as the main contact for order status, logistics inquiries, complaints, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, RMA, and other teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and monitor delivery performance, transportation status, shipment exceptions, and proof-of-delivery discrepancies.
• Investigate shipment damage, delivery issues, and customer claims, implementing corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Track order backlog and support continuous improvement of fulfillment, logistics, and customer service processes.

Requirements

• Intermediate Vocational Education (MBO) level or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in order fulfillment, order management, customer service, logistics, or supply chain operations in an international environment.
• Hands-on ERP experience, preferably SAP, including order processing and customer data maintenance.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Strong customer orientation, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in ICT, electronics, technology, or a related industry.
• Chinese or another foreign language.
