What you will do

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create personas, user journeys, interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Apply accessibility, usability, inclusivity, responsive design, and brand guidelines across digital experiences.
• Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other teams to translate requirements into designs.
• Document design specifications and iterate based on feedback, testing, and performance data.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI, Experience Design, Product Design, or a related digital design role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital experience design, visual quality, and interface aesthetics.
• Ability to create intuitive user flows and simplify complex problems through design.
• Experience incorporating research, feedback, testing, and validation methods into design work.
• Knowledge of accessibility, inclusivity, responsive design, and design system guidelines.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to clearly present design decisions and rationale.
