Investment Fund Analyst, Capital Formation

Salary: $62,000–$95,610 per year in Wisconsin

What you will do

• Support the day-to-day administration and operations of investment funds.
• Track investor capital contributions, fund disbursements, distributions, wire payments, transfers, and cash activity.
• Assist with fund accounting, including reconciliations, expense tracking, general ledger review, and periodic reporting.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual investor and fund reporting, audits, and documentation with auditors, tax accountants, and other third parties.
• Manage investor onboarding, subscription documentation, capital activity, and AML/KYC procedures.
• Serve as a point of contact for fund managers and investors while coordinating with finance, accounting, legal, and compliance teams.

Requirements

• Four-year degree and at least one year of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, organizational, communication, and client-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with investors, internal teams, and external service providers.
• Experience or familiarity with investment funds, fund accounting, investor servicing, financial services, GAAP, or related operations is preferred.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with EB-5 investments, USCIS requirements, or SEC investment fund regulations.
• Experience with Investran or similar fund administration, CRM, or investor reporting platforms.
• Experience in private equity, real estate, alternative investments, asset management, banking, or investor relations.
