What you will do

• Determine the daily Net Asset Value (NAV) for defined contribution and defined benefit plans.
• Evaluate and reconcile mutual, separately managed, commingled, and collective funds against benchmarks.
• Analyze transactions, income positions, accruals, corporate actions, investment manager activity, and option market values.
• Audit and resolve cash, holdings, pricing, expense, accrual, and investment account exceptions within scheduled timeframes.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports, financial statements, client portfolio reports, and annual 5500 reporting.
• Respond to partner and client inquiries and escalate complex issues to supervisors or subject-matter experts.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, and securities through business coursework or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred, or relevant experience in fund accounting or mutual fund accounting.
• Analytical, organizational, research, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain valuation accuracy.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Strong Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Power Suite.
